In the year of 2001, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Erick Miguel Poaty was led out of his original
Gabon, to come in the United States of America to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
In a vision, the Lord told him that his ministry will be known under the name "Challenge For Christ Ministries".
The ministry was incorporated November 1st 2001 in Raleigh, North Carolina. And later on the Ministry
became 501 c (3) in 2004. We are a non denominational church working for the advancement of the
Kingdom of God and the development of Mankind wherever we are. We are a Bible believing, Holy Spirit
filled group of believers living for the only purpose of pleasing God and preaching the Good News of Jesus
Christ.
Challenge For Christ Ministries is an Evangelistic and Apostolic ministry with the vision of reaching the world
for God by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ starting within the States and the rest of the world.

THE FIVE PILLARS OF CFC MINISTRIES
1. Leadership: Training potential Christian leaders who will take their place of leadership in the Government
arena, in the Family, in the Educational arena, in the Entertainment industry, in the Media, in the Market place
and in the Church.
We believe, "quality leadership" is the key to the success of the call of the church.
Training focuses on why leadership is required, the heart of leaders, responsibility and reward of leaders,
vision and leaders, spiritual authority.
2. Winning souls:
Outreach Team:
The mandate of this group is to continue to light the fire of evangelism making it the principal point for every
activity we do in Challenge For Christ Ministries.
Community Outreach:
This group continue to challenge us with new and invigorating ways of reaching the lost and affecting our
communities through practical evangelism: Food Bank - Visits - Prayer walk - Distribution of lunch -
Community Celebration Day.
3. Discipleship: CFC North Carolina College of Theology: Accredited degrees from Associate to Doctorate
@ affordable tuition & scholarships (scholarships depend on the solely will of the president and not for
Doctorates).
4. Empowering: Empowering Nations in every areas of life, Spiritual - Economic - Political—Social. Through
majors events, meetings and conferences we are empowering the nations in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Preparing them to His coming as the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
5. Mission: We are a mission center with the vision of becoming a place of influence wherever we are.
We're training a new generation of missionaries who are equipped for the 21st century challenges.
The Body of Christ must come out for this is our finest hour.
